APD Drag and Drop Issue

Hi guys,

I am pretty new to creating APDs.  My goal is to extract a .CSV file from a Query.  However when I go to set it up, I get stuck at the point where I am supposed to drag in a Data Source.  In fact I can't drag in anything.  I am doing this in a test system where I have SAP_ALL.

I right Click on General.  Give it a name and Save.  I then get the screen I have attached.  In all documentation I have read, it simply says to Drag and Drop the objects in the middle.  This is not allowing me to do it.

Am I missing something?
