You mean to say printer is not feeding 3 pages, or in one go it prints 3 times on single page or taking time of 3 times printing on single page?
Try to take the print in inkjet or laserjet printer - just to see how it prints.
if it prints properly in that then the problem is with the dot matrix.
In that case ask your basis team to install the relevent device driver for that dot matrix printer
