Randomly encounter the problem when sending "Receipt From Production" printout via SAP B1 email function.
Normally, the user opens the receipt from production document windows, choose the production order and add the document. After that, users will find back the previous record and choose "File"->"Send"->"Email" from the menu bar.
Then, the system will prompt him whether to create attachment for the document or not. The user chooses "Yes" and email screen will pop up. At this point, the user will be able to choose display the generated PDF file from attachment tab.
Sometimes the system will give him a blank PDF file, it happens intermittently.
Anyone encounter this issue before? How to solve?
