Location XXXX not permitted for pickup; suitable logistics area not found

Hi All,

      I had made service order with spare parts to be used and releases the service order. In the WoC: Supply Planning --> customer Demand when I do Actions--> Check availability the error occurs

Please let me know , what I have missed out in the settings/ configuration part.
